These inner leaders live in alignment with authentic power, clear vision, and inspired joy. (They also delegate with ease, hire and fire with confidence, and don’t wake up all gross and sweaty to check their email at 3AM.)

In our work together, we’ll uncover the evolved leader in you. This process of discovery is usually a mix of practical tools, honest self-work, and me lovingly calling you on your BS. We’ll figure out what’s most important to you, identify weak spots in your leadership, and solve those problems so you actually feel great about work.

I hold a Masters and Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Andrews University and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I’m also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council.  

I’ve led multiple teams to success and managed revenues exceeding $300 million. In my first year as a consultant, I generated over $300K. I’ve worked with notable clients including Uptake, Basis Technologies, Bridgewater Wealth Management, Confluent Health and ICD Holdings. 

 

My goal in our work together is to help you become the leader you know you can be. We’ll identify places where you might be hurting your own effectiveness, and work on practical approaches that make you feel calm and empowered both at work and at home.
