In this 4 week course, those who may be interested in beginning a mindfulness meditation practice will be introduced to the core principles needed to begin and sustain their practice. Additionally, mindfulness practices for daily life will also taught in a practical and engaging way to allow participants to find approaches that will work best for them. This course will be enlivening, pragmatic and full of the tools each of us needs to be engaged in our lives and relationships in a way that brings us closer to the peace and joy that we all desire.
Classes are three hours each from 5:30-8:30 at the Oklahoma City Library on the following dates:Tuesday March 6th, Monday March 12th, Wednesday March 21st and Thursday March 29th. There is also a full day retreat that can be scheduled separately that will take place on Saturday, March 31st.
