Welcome to 2019! Since this is going to be an absolutely amazing year, we thought: what better topic to discuss than destroying the creativity of your team! Happy New Year!!!

We’re all asked to be creative in our workplaces and in our life. Creativity is also mandatory for us, but we tend to sabotage our creativity by holding on to the old or even refusing to believe something new, for example. So many times and in so many examples, creativity is stifled. But there’s a way to avoid destroying the creativity and foster, not only new ideas, but a healthy working environment.

We’ll discuss how you can foster greater collaboration and creativity in your team on today’s episode! We have some great examples to encourage you and we will discuss some steps to avoid destroying that team creativity.
