Today, we’re talking about the spiritual side of leading. The benevolent leader. There are several ways to describe the spiritual side of leadership: servant leadership, authentic leadership, and values-based leadership to name a few. These are all means to support leaders to recognize their souls and the souls of others. Essentially, do you care about yourself and those you lead?

But what happens when we neglect our souls?

We will address that question as well as more about what the spiritual side of leadership actually looks like and why it impacts us so much on this week’s episode. We’ll also discuss, of course, what to do and how you, as a leader, can create the rallying energy around creating something great and transforming beyond mere survival.
