This week, we are talking about freelancing and the way that it may impact your career and/or your company! Freelancers are individuals who have engaged in supplemental, temporary, project, or contract-based work within the past 12 months. Statistically, the freelance labor pool is increasing significantly.

Something important to consider from a company perspective is the opportunity to bring freelancers in to your company to take on important tasks, projects, etc. that you need to delegate.

Considering freelancing from the personal benefit side of things, it’s a great way to expand your interests, network, and innovation in your current job. This is about following your curiosities and seeing the ways in which it can enhance your life in and out of work.
