you chirp as you suck down your fourth coffee of the day and rearrange your schedule to put yourself last… again.

 As a lifelong high achiever, you’re used to stress. Maybe you even get compliments on your ability to juggle dozens of balls — from intense, complex work projects to your never-ending home and family to-do list.

These days, even when you do technically have time to relax, you just can’t seem to do it. Your phone is never more than a few inches from your face, and your brain won’t stop churning.

Why work with me?

I decided to study the intersection of psychology (AKA our human-ness) with leadership — and everything that being in a high-pressure professional role demands of that human-ness. 

Then, because I’m an overachiever, I also became a certified mindfulness teacher. I began integrating mindfulness with leadership to help high-performing individuals and teams do their best work in a way that feels rewarding and sustainable.

Now I work one-on-one and in community with leaders who find themselves overwhelmed, burned-out, and ready to make a change.

Working with me usually involves a mix of practical tools (delegation and boundaries will become your best friends) and self-reflection. 

We’ll figure out what’s most important to you, so you can actually live your values, instead of stashing them on a dusty pedestal and visiting them during your stress dreams. We’ll identify weak spots in your leadership. And then we’ll solve those problems so you can feel great about work and life.

I hold a Masters and Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Andrews University and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I’m also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council.  

I’ve led multiple teams to success and managed revenues exceeding $300 million. In my first year as a consultant, I generated over $300K. I’ve worked with notable clients including Uptake, Basis Technologies, Bridgewater Wealth Management, Confluent Health and ICD Holdings. 

My goal in our work together is to help you become the leader you know you can be. We’ll identify places where you might be hurting your own effectiveness, and work on practical approaches that make you feel calm and empowered both at work and at home.  

More broadly, my goal is to transform both organizations, and the people who power them. I dream of a world where workplace culture is rooted in sustainability, effectiveness, and success — so every minute we spend working creates real positive change.
