This week we are talking about the real root of collaboration and the importance of having many voices in the room. When we think of bringing in the entire team to evaluate decisions and make the best choices possible, we see even more that we are creating a culture of inclusion. In the old school days of getting input, this was used as a means of getting “buy in”. For sure, anyone can see right through that.
