This week is all about getting ourselves to see how we can stop working so hard. We start off by wondering how we came up with the phrase “hard work” in the first place. Why does work need to be hard? We don’t know either. Of course, if you’re doing anything you don’t want to do it will feel hard. And this is sometimes what is at the root of the issue. We also explore how to make the shift around this pattern we can fall into with our teams and telling them how hard they are working.
