This week we answer a question that everyone wonders about: does mindfulness at work actually work? Well, we first need to understand a few things. First, what do we mean by mindfulness? Are we just talking about meditation? The answer to that question is no. And then, does mindfulness work for every person and if so, what are we using it for? We dive into the nuances of mindfulness and meditation and also, what makes these approaches useful for people to manage stress and maybe enjoy themselves a little bit more.
