Change is not always an easy thing to deal with. Especially when it comes out of nowhere and is communicated in a way that isn’t… well… the most helpful. Change can cause fear, lack of trust, chaos, and so many other negative feelings and responses.
In this week’s episode, we’ll give you 3 steps to help you communicate change to your team in a way that will provide greater leadership and, even, better living (for all parties involved). These 3 steps include: knowing your why, being methodical, and giving appreciation and recognition. Of course, we’ll explain these in detail and give you some helpful examples!
